Take a few minutes after each time you ride to select and download one of our templates... then post to Facebook or Twitter, comparing your ride with the same journey by car or public transport...how long it took, how much it cost, how good you felt... Please use the hashtag #CheaperFasterHealthier and choose one of those as the theme of your post
