Book a ride in Walthamstow
We are trialling our new ride booking system on our rides in Walthamstow.
The new system means that you only have to enter your information once, rather than every time like on eventbrite (our old system). At the moment, you need to create accounts for anyone you bring with you on a ride or to a learn-to-ride session (aka your children need their own account), but you can use the same email address for each account.
What information will we ask you for?
On a basic level, we need your name, email address and phone number. This is because our voluntary ride leaders and our instructors need to know what to call you, and they need to be able to contact you if we have to cancel the ride.
We ask for address, gender and ethnicity information so that we can better understand how our rides and skills sessions benefit communities.
