Cycling on Roundabouts can seem difficult especially if you don't drive and not aware of the rules. In fact its actually quite easy to navigate them.



RIDING IN BUS LANES

Did you know that its perfectly legal to cycle in Bus lanes there are just a few things you should follow when doing so.



EXAMPLE CITY/COUNTRY ROUTE

This time we are cycling from Leyton Jubilee Park to High Beach in Epping Forest.

The route is an intermediate to advanced with some very steep uphill - and downhill sections.

You should be comfortable using your gears and you shouldn't mind cycling on roads with a faster traffic. if you face the challenge you will very much enjoy it as its a beautiful route which will give you a great sense of achievement!
